For home-visit sessions, the user is responsible for providing a safe and clean environment for the specialist. Users must provide accurate medical history to ensure the safety and efficacy of the treatment plan.
A platform service fee is included in every booking to cover the costs of our digital infrastructure, specialist verification, and support. By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of checkout.
Every partner on our platform undergoes a rigorous verification process. However, The Urban Physio is not liable for any specific clinical outcomes or professional negligence by independent contractors.
Physiotherapy involves physical movement and minor risks of muscle strain. Please consult with your primary care physician before beginning any new intensive rehabilitation program. In case of a medical emergency, do not use this platform; call your local emergency services immediately.
