If a session is cancelled by the specialist or clinic for any reason, a 100% refund is issued to your original payment method immediately.
To respect our specialists' schedules and travel time, the following windows apply to patient-initiated cancellations:

We hold our partners to the highest standards. If a specialist fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled home-visit time without prior notice, the patient is entitled to:
