🪑 Setup
Sit in the middle of a sturdy chair. Keep feet flat on the floor, shoulder-width apart.
💪 Position
Cross your arms against your chest. Do not use hands to push off.
⏱️ Action
On "GO", stand up fully and sit back down as many times as possible in 30 seconds.
